Psychological assessment and therapy for adults with mental health problems using cognitive behavioural therapy. Typical problems treated include anxiety,phobias, panic attacks, depression, OCD, work related stress, health anxiety and a range of other common mental health problems. Schema therapy is also provided for other more complex and diffuse types of problems such as interpersonal or personality related isses. The service also does medico-legal work for personal injury compensation claims such as for post traumatic stress disorder. At the present time clinics are provided on weekday evenings.
