The best way to understand it is in your own way by giving it a go! Kids Wushu Warriors, gets our young aspiring adults to be more agile, fitter, think in new ways, learn to concentrate for longer, learn new skills and to work in positive culture of respect. It is for boys and girls. The new term of adult classes begins Monday 5th September. It is a welcoming friendly class. Please contact me to book yourself a place. Turn up in loose clothing (not jeans) and soft shoes (like trainers or pumps). The Lishi juniors class, Wushu Warriors 9-15 year olds is 7-8pm, Mondays. The Adults is 8-9.30pm, Mondays.
