Staff rude and no help at all

I called in this pharmacy yesterday..23..12..19..as i had a upset tummy and diorhea..as i entered the chemist a chinese man who works there was at the counter.i asked him if they had any kaolin and morphine..he looked puzzled..then a woman with short dark brown hair who was stood at the back of the chemist whom i presume was a pharmasist..said no in a very rude and abrupt way..i asked if they had anything similar to which she again shouted..no..i thought she was very rude ..she was no help at all and there was no need to seak to me in that way..i could not believe how rude and unhelpfull she was..i left the chemist and felt stunned at her attitude..disgracefull.
