We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

At Fitness & Health Coach, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, creating a unique plan with your personal trainer and allowing you to focus on one thing - your results. We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness levels, potential injuries, limitations, restrictions and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of fitness and health development, which includes your training both with and without your trainer, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services.

Personal training with Fitness & Health Coach integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged. This includes options such as strength, mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise and sports performance. You can choose to purchase session packages or pay monthly and, while we recommend you commit to at least two one-on-one sessions a week, we're realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. We guarantee our commitment, alongside your own, we will deliver results by working together!

12 Week Total Body Transformaiton

At Fitness & Health Coach we recognise that everyone is unique. We all require different amounts of calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats to achieve optimal health. Fitness & Health Coach only creates customised meal plans to ensure that your body is getting the right amount and types of foods in line with your own personal energy demands.

This plan is broken down into three stages, it develops with your body's needs and progress at each stage. You will get fit, burn fat and build lean muscle.

Fitness & Health Coach will supply you with a proven training method, customised nutrition plan and ongoing support to help you achieve an amazing transformation.
