Since 2006, razorblue has grown from 1 employee (17 year-old Dan Kitchen, CEO), to a 170+ employee national business based in the heart of the North East.
razorblue are an award-winning provider of Managed IT, cybersecurity, connectivity, cloud, and software solutions to over 500 businesses across a wide range of industries.
We have grown by 363% over the last 5 years and now have a headcount of over 170 employees, as well as 7 offices, 2 of which are based in the North East.
Our Managed IT Services provide reactive and proactive support for our clients, with an in-house Service Desk team, that are available 24/7. Our entire operation is delivered and supported by our own UK-based team and is not outsourced at any point.
As a service provider, we continually add to our large portfolio of products and services. We are one of the very few MSPs in the North East to offer complete, end-to-end IT solutions.
We believe in total accountability and owning the end-to-end solutions is what sets us apart from our competition.
Our approach is different. We prefer to inform, educate, and advise, so the businesses we work with have understanding of their options and the benefits technology can bring to their business.
We have a reputation for acting as a partner, rather than a provider, we don’t believe in a pushy sales approach and only supply the solutions that our clients need. We work with industry-leading suppliers such as Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos, Mimecast and more, to ensure that our clients can get the most out of the newest and greatest products on the market.
