Cold Formed Products Ltd is a World Class Manufacturer of Impact Extrusions, Cold Forgings, Extruded Sections and Machined Parts in Aluminium. Specialising in the impact extrusion and forging of parts from aluminium and its alloys Cold Formed Products have gained over 40 years experience in the manufacture of high integrity precision-engineering components. These components are manufactured for use in a wide range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and Cookware. The extrusion process is traditionally associated with the manufacture of can-like or tube-like components but our techniques and methods can now compete directly with die casting and machining. We hold numerous customer, industry and world-recognised quality approvals and accreditations. In-house tooling design and manufacture and 4 decades of manufacturing experience enable us to consistently hold dimensions within narrow tolerance bands over large production runs. The company has a compact and efficient infrastructure making it highly flexible and responsive. At the same time we have an enormous production capability, producing tens of millions of parts per year for a diverse range of industries. Though ideally suited to high volume production our process can still be very cost effective for smaller batches.
