At Yorkshire Profiles Ltd we provide a high quality and affordable WaterJet Cutting and Laser Cutting service. From single items to large batch jobs, we are willing to take on any challenge and provide a high quality product with a quick turn around. Yorkshire Profiles has been in the WaterJet industry since 2001 and these years of experience has brought an excellent understanding of how to manufacture customers parts cost effectively and at a high quality allowing us to provide extremely competitive prices whilst not compromising on accuracy. We have recently joined the laser cutting industry with the
installation of the very latest laser profiling technology.

Laser Cutting Service

We offer a nationwide laser cutting service, promising high quality parts with prompt service and product turnaround. The high level of technology in our Laser cutting system ensures simultaneously rapid and accurate head movements which actively reduce part cut time and subsequently allows us to offer our extremely competitive prices. Based in the heart of North Yorkshire, we have a wide range of satisfied clients from all industries in and around York, Leeds, Harrogate and extending out to the whole of the UK. Unlike our WaterJet cutting services the laser is more limited to the materials in which it can cut, but it can process mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum several times faster, dramatically reducing the cost of the parts without compromising accuracy or quality. Sheet Metal Fabrication Services

Metal fabrication services from Yorkshire Profiles are highly competitve with the range of on-site equipment available. We provide a custom sheet metal folding & fabrication service. Using 3D development software we can assist with the design and development of components and full assemblies, if you have your own 3D software, simply send us the .step, .iges, Inventor or Solid works files of your designs and we can begin manufacture.
