Update. Was not a boost pipe but an air pipe which had acutally been fitted. Took in for dpf clean which was not done. Mechanic making dishonest comments about the work. Awaiting trading standards. Is with another garage now. Be cautious if go there!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! Charged me for work they didn't do and caused a fault during the process. i sought a second opinion as car had the same fault despite cogs saying it was fixed. this mechanic confirmed that they had not cleaned the DPF filter nor had they fitted a new boost pipe. they had also wielded the manifold together as they couldn't get the bolts out! they advised to bring back and sort out. they tried showing me a brand new dpf as evidence that they had cleaned mine, luckily i have pictures of mine so i challenged and was met with aggression! today they said my car was done and ready to be collected go down and they denied all and then tell me that they have taken the exhaust out to prove they could and left my car undriveable! Taking them to trading standards! AVOID!!!
