Rip off!

We were encouraged to use Elite Property by our estate agent who convinced us that if our property - for whatever reason - did not end up selling, our money (£150) would be moved forward to the next transaction. Just our luck the sale fell through due to a problem with the buyer's mortgage, so we naturally got in touch about the upcoming transaction and was told we'd have to pay another £150 as the previous £150 was for the work carried out - when literally nothing had been done! Most firms out there offer no win no fee which means that if the transaction falls through you don't get charged but not with this company. They were supposedly doing money laundering checks before the mortgage surveyor even approved anything - LOL! If sending some generic paperwork out could amount to £150, then I sure am glad we did not continue with their services! Only advice I'd give is to avoid at all costs!
