SuperSkills rapidly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality construction training courses. This was recognised by local schools, employers, people wanting to start their own businesses and those wanting to repair or renovate their houses.

In 2008, SuperSkills was awarded a contract by the Skills Funding Agency to deliver the Construction NVQ to people in work under the Train to Gain scheme and for Construction Apprenticeships in Bricklaying and Joinery. Following this, the business rapidly expanded and people started coming from all over the country to receive the high-quality service that SuperSkills delivers.
