Providing computer repairs and support to homes and business in the North East of England.

Laptop Issues

We can help with various laptop issues, from simple laptop repairs such as component replacement to the more complex intermittent issues, which, from experience, can be an absolute nightmare to resolve.
Some examples of repairs we can undertake:
-Laptop screen cracked/blank screen/lines across screen - common problem and often due to either failed screen or -- related component
-No sign of life / won't power on
-Slow to boot up - can be caused by a virus or other software problems
-Internet connectivity problems
-DC jack repair (loose connector)
-Soldering repairs - if an electrical connector has come lose
Any other issue not mentioned here


We will initially try to resolve the issue on-site, however if the nature of the problem means that we are unable to do that, then a workshop repair will become necessary. It is always a priority to get repairs completed as quickly as possible, and to your complete satisfaction.
So, no matter what problem you have, or what make of laptop you have, whether it's an Acer, Sony, Dell, HP, Toshiba etc, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
