Originally established in 1954, the Yorkshire Dales Country and Leisure Park offers 30 acres of naturally landscaped grounds and beautiful woodlands making it the perfect base for relaxing and leaving behind the stress and strains of busy modern life.
Drop into the park and take a look around our newest holiday home development, Darnbrook Fell. Nested close by the old quarry face, this beautiful area of the park is now complete and available for siting.

Both Peter and I have been enjoying the park for the past 10 years now, so were a little wary when Park Leisure took over, however within 2 days of taking ownership of the park we saw just how friendly and professional the Park Leisure team were and after meeting the two Company Directors Gary and Miles we were instantly convinced that the park was going to be improved for the better.
We have since upgraded to a new Carnaby Ridgeway and intend to spend as much time enjoying it as possible as we only live an hour away from the park. We have always loved the Yorkshire Dales and find the park is a perfect base to enjoy the local wildlife, plus having Leyburn just a short stroll away is perfect for us.

This is our first time being part of an exclusive owners only community and we're so pleased that we decided to join the Park Leisure family here at Yorkshire Dales. Our holiday home is situated on Yorkshire Dales' new pitch development - Darnbrook Fell and offers us a place to enjoy relaxation. We love watching the ducks and rabbits that mingle around our holiday home and amongst the water features, and every now and again we catch a glimpse of the resident peacock.
We look forward to many happy years here at Yorkshire Dales.

From getting the keys for our holiday home in November 2014 our lives have changed for the better. We spend every weekend at Yorkshire Dales, including Christmas and New Year. It's an important wedding anniversary for us this year (Ruby - 40 years!), and we will celebrate with our holiday home friends.
We love when we are able to talk to people looking to buy a home, and tell them it's the best move you can make. We get called Mr & Mrs Yorkshire Dales and told we are living the dream!
