About Lauren Alexandra and Still Waters

About Lauren Alexandra and Still Waters
Massage is capable of soothing nerves and producing a feeling of total well-being. The action of rubbing the skin creates changes in the body while the hormone endorphin is released. This is the body's natural painkiller which simultaneously creates that sense of well-being. It will improve circulation by assisting the flow of blood from the limbs back to the heart and increasing the flow of fresh blood that carries nutrients and oxygen to organs and muscles. Massage has been proven to assist the flow of the straw-coloured fluid that circulates our bodies known as lymph. The lymphatic system is instrumental in fighting infection and developing immunity.
